Ashton Morgan grew-up from the West Texas city of El Paso and earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Missouri Rolla where she received her bachelor’s degree. She was first introduced to the Texas Public Policy Foundation while serving as an intern. She later served as Press Assistant for Texas Governor Rick Perry.
Ashton currently resides in Houston, TX and works in marketing. She serves as a Court Appointed Child Advocate in Harris County and on the advisory board of Houston PetSet. During her free time, she enjoys, traveling, her horse and 3 dogs, and breweries.
