Noelle Collins is the Campaign Director for the Right on Healthcare campaign.

Before joining Right on Healthcare as an analyst, Collins worked as a policy scholar at the Foundation. In this role, her research, writing, and testimony advanced two additional policy campaigns of the Foundation: Right on Crime and Right on Immigration.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Collins was an intern for both the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. Originally from Detroit, Collins received her B.A. in political science and religion from Wittenberg University. In her free time, Collins enjoys reading, painting, and traveling to new places.
