Kevin Sparks is president of Discovery Operating, Inc.; a family owned and operated oil and gas company in Midland, Texas, where he has worked in several capacities for more than 25 years. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Kevin and Jill, a retired schoolteacher and wife of 23 years, have three sons, Grey, Garrett and Grant and one daughter, Sumner. Kevin and his family are active members of Stonegate Fellowship where he currently serves as an elder and youth volunteer for junior high students. In his spare time, Kevin is very active in his community, serving on numerous non-profit boards and coaching youth athletics. Kevin enjoys hunting, fly fishing and outdoor activities.
