Ciara Hall is a legislative fellow for the Foundation. During the 87th Legislature, she worked in the Texas House of Representatives in dual roles as a legislative intern and assistant committee clerk for the House Agriculture and Livestock committee. As a legislative intern, she explored topics involving the Second Amendment, police enforcement, and human trafficking education. In her capacity as assistant clerk she worked on a multitude of agriculture industry bills sent to the committee, including suggestions from the impacts of Winter Storm Uri, animal border regulations, and major sunset bills.

Hall has a B.S. in agricultural communications from Tarleton State University. She likes spending her time exploring Austin with new friends and finding the best food spots in town.
