Nichole Gurney was responsible for donor relations in the Houston area as well as expanding national partnerships.
Previously, Nichole lived in New York City serving as a Development Manager at the Goldwater Institute covering major gifts in the Northeast and Midwest, and prior to that, she worked as a Development Officer with the Manhattan Institute, where she led fundraising efforts for their Adam Smith Society (a national chapter-based association of young thought leaders) and spearheaded the addition of two new chapters in Houston. Nichole began her career in finance working in marketing and investor relations roles at a hedge fund and private equity firm.
Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Nichole earned a dual-major bachelor’s degree in Finance and Psychology from Arizona State University. Nichole and her husband live in Houston.
