Today, the Texas Public Policy announced that Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar will give brief remarks at the event “How Woke Makes Us Broke: Book Talk with Author Vivek Ramaswamy,” a discussion focused on stakeholder capitalism and its effect on our economic and cultural lives. The event will feature Greg Sindelar, Chief Executive Officer for TPPF, and Vivek Ramaswamy, author of Woke, Inc.
During his tenure as Comptroller, Glenn Hegar has worked to ensure responsible fiscal policy in the state of Texas. Recently, Hegar has been an outspoken advocate to protect Texas businesses and citizens from ‘woke’ companies boycotting critical industries for the state.
