Nathan Seltzer is an Attorney with the Center for the American Future. Prior to joining the Texas Public Policy Foundation, he worked with The Justice Foundation on pro-life and limited-government issues.

Nathan is a Texas native but received his juris doctor degree with dean’s honors from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. He was a senior staff writer for the Washburn Law Journal, publishing comments on Chevron Deference and resolving statutory ambiguity in administrative law.

Nathan is a member of the Christian Legal Society and Federalist Society and is licensed to practice in Texas and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He and his wife, Chrissy, have been married ten years, have three wonderful children and another on the way.
