Courtnie Bagley is the education director for the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
As part of the TPPF team, Courtnie manages curriculum development and teacher professional development efforts, working to grow the Foundation’s energy and civics education programs, and works to ensure the best education policies are put into practice in Texas schools. Courtnie has an MAT in secondary education and MEd in instructional technology. Prior to joining the Texas Public Policy Foundation, Courtnie worked in a variety of public school settings in South Carolina and Texas.
As a seventh generation Texan, Courtnie understands the role Texas plays in the United States, leading in energy and education. Courtnie lives in central Texas with her husband and four boys.
