AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation today released a coalition letter to the 83rd Texas Legislature, urging legislators to “neither exceed the state’s spending limit-by any amount- nor [to spend dollars] from the state’s Economic Stabilization Fund (ESF) to pay for ongoing government expenses or new programs.”
The letter is signed by the Foundation and several other major conservative and liberty-oriented entities.
