TPPF’s Henneke, Counsel in Obamacare Case, Available for Interviews

AUSTIN – Today, the Supreme Court of the United States announced their decision in California v. Texas, concerning the constitutionality of Obamacare. In a 7-2 decision, SCOTUS held that the plaintiffs did not have standing to challenge the constitutionality of the law.

The Honorable Robert Henneke, general counsel at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, was the lead counsel for the plaintiffs in California v. Texas and will be available for media interviews today.
