AUSTIN – Texas Public Policy Foundation President and CEO Brooke Rollins will introduce United States Senator Ted Cruz of Texas at the Heritage Foundation’s 2014 Resource Bank at The Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sen. Cruz’s address, “Make D.C. Listen: Principled Actions to Empower the American People,” will be delivered Friday, March 28, at 11:45 a.m. Central Time.

“The opportunity to introduce Senator Ted Cruz at the Heritage Foundation’s annual Resource Bank is a privilege and a pleasure,” said Rollins, “His time in Washington, D.C., has illuminated for the American people what we in Texas already knew: that Ted Cruz is a warrior for liberty, a champion for principle, and an optimist for America. We in the Lone Star State always knew we could count on him for the policy innovation we need — and that’s why we called upon his assistance in founding our Center for Tenth Amendment Action. It has been a sincere joy to see him bring that same leadership to our nation’s capital.”

The Heritage Foundation’s annual Resource Bank is a major gathering of national and international liberty-oriented policy professionals. More information may be found at http://events.heritage.org/rb2014/.
