Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation announced the election protection panel, taking place Friday, March 22nd at the Texas Policy Summit. As we enter another election year, it is more important than ever that Americans have a reliable election system that they can trust. This panel will examine current vulnerabilities in the federal elections process, and what rule and policy changes can prevent them, ensuring a free and fair election.

“In 2020, the Left made wholesale changes to the election process in many states, raising serious questions about the security and validity of our election system. Going into the 2024 election year, we cannot afford to make the same mistakes,” said Josh Findlay, national director of TPPF’s National Election Protection Project. “This panel, featuring myself and 3 other elections experts, will take a hard look at our elections process, how we can correct vulnerabilities in the system, and ensure our elections are secure and fair.”

Who: National Election Protection Project Director Josh Findlay, Election Transparency Initiative National Chairman Ken Cuccinelli, American First Legal Vice President Gene Hamilton, and America First Policy Institute Chief Engagement Officer Ashley Hayek
