AUSTIN—Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation is pleased to announce United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson will be the recipient of the Ronald Reagan Award and keynote speaker for the Foundation’s 30th Anniversary Gala on October 5.
