Where’s the Relief? The Misguided American Rescue Plan Act

Congress’ pork-laden American Rescue Plan Act will send billions of dollars to the states—but those dollars come with strings attached. Because accepting those funds will create problems later on, should states consider rejecting some or all of the money? We’ll also discuss what recovery really means—letting Americans get back to work.
