With the ever-growing breadth and depth of criminal law and administrative laws that carry criminal penalties, it is no surprise that the average American is estimated to unknowingly commit three or more felonies each day. This panel will highlight some of the successes TPPF has experienced in pushing back against overcriminalization and illustrate ground to be gained from further reform.
