This panel will discuss the school finance case before the Texas Supreme Court and opportunities for reform this litigation effort presents. Additionally, this panel will discuss the structure of educational delivery from a historical perspective, explore structural changes to enhance educational opportunities for Texas students, and examine new formula concepts to achieve that objective.
