Everyone agrees that workers should be free to join labor unions. But have Texas and federal laws gone too far in giving unions too much power over workers and taxpayers? Should governments function as a dues collector for unions? This panel will examine how to make sure unions remain a legitimate option for workers while ensuring that workers, employers, and taxpayers are free to not to join or support them.
