Former California state assemblyman and TPPF Vice President Chuck DeVore joined Fox And Friends First to talk about the homeless crisis in America.
He says, “There are two components to the problem. The first is that government often stands in the way of affordable housing through restrictive zoning, development fees and taxes and environmental rules… The second is mental illness and drug addiction. We haven’t dealt with these issues compassionately or effectively.”
