House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s naked power grab, House Resolution 1, is an unconstitutional federal takeover of our nation’s elections. The bill wipes out states Voter ID laws and codifies fraud-prone mail-in ballots based on inaccurate voter rolls, among other provisions. Three members of Congress—Rep. Chip Roy, Rep. Ted Budd, and Rep. Jody Hice—warn that HR 1 would cancel the voices of conservatives—permanently.
