On the morning of Thursday, April 28, 2022, the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, is scheduled to give an account of his stewardship of the agency before the House Judiciary Committee. This is a fitting occasion to assess the damage that has been done by Mayorkas’ implementation of the Biden administration’s irresponsible and reckless border management, immigration enforcement and asylum policies, and we have assembled the best panel possible to do just that.

TPPF Chief of Intelligence and Research Joshua Treviño will moderate this panel, featuring TPPF’s Director of Engagement & Right on Immigration, Ken Oliver, and TPPF Senior Distinguished Fellow for Border Security and retired U.S. Border Patrol Chief, Rodney Scott. The panelists will also spell out both the short and long-term solutions to the mess Mayorkas has created.
