Join TPPF for a national debate on free speech and its role in civil discourse in the United States. At both the federal and state levels, powerful intersects are proposing potent restrictions against free speech in the name of transparency and fairness. At the national level, it is the IRS. In Texas, they have taken the form of proposed laws which seek to force disclosure of donors to non-profit groups that express their opinions on public policy.
