The Agenda for State Action project, by the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Center for Tenth Amendment Studies, works with other state-based policy institutes, and elected leaders across the country, to develop tools that states can use to stop federal overreach and reassert the proper role of state governments within our federal Constitution.
The Agenda for State Action, which was endorsed by eight leading state-based policy institutes across the country, is a foundation for this important joint effort.
