Erica Stoodley is the Events Director for the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She joined the Foundation in March of 2022.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Stoodley worked for the Miami Dolphins Foundation from 2018-2021. As a coordinator, she played a key role in event operations and logistics for the Dolphins Challenge Cancer event, generating over $15 million and over 30,000 attendees in three years. She piloted the NFL’s number one foundation program, the Dolphins 50/50 Raffle, raising over $1.6 million during the 2019 – 2020 seasons and trained/lead over 100 part-time employees. She also produced social media, email, and website content for foundation initiatives. Highlights during her sports and entertainment background include executing programming of the Opening Night Ceremony and Post-Game Trophy Ceremony for Super Bowl LIV in 2020 and personally raising $21,000 for the Dolphins’ cancer initiative in 2021.

After her time at the Miami Dolphins, she was the Marketing and Event Associate for the Art Miami Show Group. She successfully ran social media accounts, partnership activations, and the VIP relations area for the December 2021 fair, which was attended by over 50,000 visitors.

Erica is from Miami, Florida and is proud of her Cuban heritage. She attended Florida International University, plays sand volleyball and manages her event consultation company, ECS Concepts, in her spare time.
