Cullen Neely is a 5th generation Texan who joined TPPF as a Communications Manager in August 2024, bringing extensive experience in state and federal policy advocacy. His background includes state/local lobbying work with Texas REALTORS in South Texas, federal lobbying with Williams and Jensen PLLC in Washington, D.C., and serving as Staff Assistant to former Congressman Will Hurd (TX-23).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Texas A&M School of Law. A San Antonio native, Cullen currently resides in Austin, Texas.
