Caroline is the campaign director for the Right on Healthcare initiative at the Foundation, which works to support policies which empower patients with price transparency and restore the physician-patient relationship.
She has previously contributed to several policy areas at the Foundation including local government and technology. She graduated from Hillsdale College with a B. A. in Politics.
She enjoys exploring the Texas Hill Country, reading political philosophy, and losing at chess.
