Carolina Rodriguez is the Office Manager at TPPF. In this role, she is responsible for the overall hospitality at the Foundation, including the employee and guest experience. She manages various duties around the office, including answering and directing phone calls at the front desk, greeting guests, handling deliveries, and presenting a friendly first face for all those who interact with the Foundation. In addition, she works closely with the Director of Talent and Culture.

Born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, new to the Austin area, Rodriguez graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.A. in Health Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her pets, watching movies, going on road trips, or simply just helping those around her.
