Tanner Higgins is a proud native of Lubbock, Texas, where he was born and raised. He is an alumnus of Lubbock Christian University, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Tanner currently holds a position at Marsh McLennan Agency, recognized as the nation’s largest commercial insurance brokerage firm. In his role as an Employee Health and Benefits Advisor, he collaborates closely with business owners, executives, and employees to design and implement comprehensive benefits packages that meet the unique needs of each organization.
Leveraging his academic background in finance, Tanner provides expert guidance to employers and their workforce, helping them to better understand and maximize the value of their employee benefits.
