Originally from San Antonio, Spencer Stanush graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Management and Commercial Real Estate. He plays a key role with Egenbacher Commercial Properties delivering the firm’s full suite of commercial real estate services—including brokerage, property management, investment, and development. Spencer also assists Egenbacher Healthcare Properties in executing transactions involving ambulatory surgical centers, medical office buildings, and post-acute facilities across the healthcare real estate sector.
