Levi Fuller is currently an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Office of the Attorney General. He previously served as an prosecutor in the Texas Attorney General’s Election Integrity Division. Levi joined the Attorney General’s Office immediately after discharging honorably from the United States Army as a Judge Advocate, Chief of National Security and Administrative Law, and former military prosecutor.

He has a B.S. in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the South Texas College of Law-Houston, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. He lives in Austin with his wife and children.
