Kim grew up in Deer Park (suburb of Houston) and has lived in Austin, San Antonio and DFW. She currently works at New York Life helping people protect and build their financial futures. She graduated from and played college tennis at University of Mary Hardin- Baylor. She is a former math educator who taught most of her 15 years at STEM charter schools. She creates and sells math curriculum as well as published a book on Amazon When You Don’t Drink from the Office Water Cooler: Teacher (or Math Teacher).
In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, yoga, trying new restaurants, mahjong, and volunteering with Fort Worth Junior League. She adores her 17 yr old, schnoodle, Bella.
