Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Kati Root is a Human Resources professional in the oil and gas industry, specializing in workforce strategy, HRIS, and compliance. She holds dual MBAs in Human Resources and Marketing and has served organizations across the government, energy, and technology sectors. She has called Texas home for six years.
Kati is engaged in her community and supports a Texas defined by opportunity, accountability, and enterprise. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading a great novel, taking cycle and HIIT classes, and spending time with their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
