Holly is a native Texan and was in oil & gas for 13 years. Over the course of her career, she worked in the Land, Geology and Engineering Departments as a Technician. In 2021, she left the oil & gas industry to join her husband in Real Estate to help run their two companies, Blackacre Commercial (a commercial mortgage brokerage) and Pankratz Title (a commercial real estate driven title insurance company).
She has volunteered and served on boards of numerous organizations, Young Professionals in Energy, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Women’s Energy Network, Desk & Derrick, DREM (Dallas Real Estate Ministries) & Young Republicans to name a few. Holly is currently a member of the Dallas Petroleum Club and Red Feather Golf and Social Club.
Holly currently serves on the board of the Nest, a women-driven Christian Community Group and attends Trinity Church.
