Haley Holik is the former senior policy analyst and an attorney on staff with the Center for Effective Justice and its Right on Crime initiative. Based in Austin, Texas, Holik’s policy portfolio includes overcriminalization, grand jury reform, and constitutional limitations on search and seizure. Holik received a B.A. in Communications from Moody Bible Institute and earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law.
