Emma Rogers was the development assistant at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

She was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico and moved to Texas to attend Southwestern University. Emma graduated with Honors in History after spending too much time studying genocide and international policy and became interested in TPPF because of her desire to see well-researched policy opinions flourish, particularly in the age of click-bait headlines and exposure to volatile political conversations.

Outside of work, Emma likes to talk theology and history or continue her quest to find the best tacos in Austin.
