Elliott Raia was a Federal Policy Analyst where he helps provide the research and outreach for Texas ideals in Washington, D.C.
Raised half in Ohio and half in Texas, Elliott is a 2018 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Economics and Government. During his time at UT, he served as an intern in both the 84thand 85thTexas Legislative sessions as well as completing internships at the 2016 RNC, The Heritage Foundation and four terms in the Center for Economic Prosperity at the Foundation.
Elliott rejoins the Foundation as an already accomplished writer having published numerous works in many state and national newspapers including The Hill, The Washington Examiner, The Houston Chronicle, The Austin American-Statesman, The Daily Signal, and The Texas Tribune.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching Longhorn sports, going to museums and attempting to readjust to the DC climate.
