Conor Norris is the assistant director of The Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulations at West Virginia University. He was previously at Saint Francis University. His research interests are the effects of occupational licensing, health care scope of practice laws, access to health care, and innovation and long run growth. Norris is an alumnus of George Mason University, where he received his MA in economics in 2018, during which time he was a member of the Mercatus Center MA Fellowship Program. Norris is a policy fellow with Catalyst, where he write blog posts focusing on occupational licensing, healthcare regulation, and public choice theory. He is also an occupational licensing fellow with Empower Mississippi.
