Carter Ostrom is a Texas native and recent graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Society, Ethics, and Law. He currently serves as a policy intern for the Next Generation Texas (K-12) Campaign at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, where he researches ways to improve the education system.
