AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) today announced that the Honorable Robert Henneke, General Counsel and Director of the Center for the American Future at TPPF, today was sworn into and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

"Rob is a dedicated, talented lawyer, and it is my privilege to sponsor his admission to the Supreme Court bar,” said Texas Solicitor General Scott Keller.

“I’m honored to be admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in order to further the important liberty litigation being advanced through our Center for the American Future,” said Henneke. “With today's out-of-check federal bureaucracy, the judiciary exists as an important line of defense of freedom and the rule of law. Already, the Center has established itself as a national leader in advancing Tenth Amendment rights through judicial opposition to federal overreach and abuse.”
