Ted Hadzi-Antich is a senior attorney with the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
Ted has served for 40 years as a lawyer in a variety of capacities in federal and state government, private practice, law teaching, in-house corporate counselling, and public interest advocacy. For many years he has been an AV-rated lawyer, the highest honor awarded by one’s peers for excellence in legal practice and ethics. Ted is a member of the Bar in five states and numerous federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Ted has been married to Diana for 38 years, and they have three adult children and two grandchildren. A musician and songwriter, Ted has served for almost a decade as a subdeacon in the Orthodox Church.
