Texas public policy foundation
Brooke L. Rollins, President and CEO

A visionary leader of the conservative movement with a proven record of turning ideas into action, Mrs. Rollins is considered one of the transformative liberty leaders of twenty-first century America. Studying agriculture at Texas A&M, she was named the top 1994 graduate and also served as the first female student body president of her beloved alma mater. She went on to graduate from the University of Texas Law School with honors, served as a federal judicial clerk, a litigator at Hughes & Luce, and Gov. Rick Perry’s first deputy general counsel and policy director. She was recognized as one of the 25 most powerful Texans in Texas Monthly’s most recent list, served on the Donald J. Trump Economic Policy Council, is currently advising the White House on a number of policy issues, and continues to lead TPPF to new heights with almost 80 full time staffers around the country. But most importantly, you can usually find her and her husband Mark shuttling their four beautiful children to baseball games, steer shows, barrel races, and ballet recitals.
