AUSTIN  – The Texas Public Policy Foundation’s (TPPF) Center for Local Governance Director James Quintero will moderate a Kingwood Tea Party-sponsored debate on Houston’s public pension proposal on Monday, January 16th, 2017 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. CST in Kingwood, Texas.
