Kristen Indriago is Director of Communications for the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She joined the Foundation in February 2011.
Indriago began her career working with public relations agencies such as Springbok Cohn & Wolfe and GCI Read-Poland working primarily in technology. She expanded her career to include editing positions with Austin Family Magazine and The Observer newspaper, ultimately founding and managing Indriago Public Relations, LLC. At TPPF, Indriago is responsible for day-to-day team management as well as conceiving, managing, and advancing engagement with media outlets from the BBC to the New York Times to the Houston Chronicle to the McAllen Monitor.
Indriago received her B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky graduating with a major in Public Relations. She served the Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida chapter as Membership Chair and President-elect, is a 2013 Liberty@Work Fellow with the Charles Koch Institute, and a 2014 Lincoln Fellow of the Claremont Institute.
On a personal note, she is married, has two children, and is a member of the Junior League of Austin.
