| | The Texas Public Policy Foundation has experienced tremendous organizational growth over the past few years. This growth in our organization has made it necessary to find a policy analyst to work within the Foundation's Center for Effective Justice.
The policy analyst engages in research, writing, legislative education, and public and media communications on adult and juvenile corrections issues. The goals of the Center are enhancing public safety, empowering victims, reducing costs to taxpayers, and limiting the scope of criminal law to wrongful conduct. The Center has worked closely with policymakers in Texas and across the nation to develop and implement cost-effective alternatives to incarceration that also reduce crime, restore victims, and strengthen families and communities. This will be a contract position.
